New Project: Developing a bungalow on a one-side road-facing plot in Jalgaon, Maharashtra.

For narrow plots with adjacent bungalows, stilt parking is essential, typically placing living areas on the first floor.

However, adding floors can make the bungalow feel like an apartment, and stilt parking means no natural lawn.

To address this, we’ve designed a first-floor lawn, giving the illusion of being on the ground.

Additionally, building upwards helps maintain privacy, especially with adjacent G+2 bungalows.

New Project: Developing a bungalow on a one-side road-facing plot in Jalgaon, Maharashtra.

Yashprabha Neuro Super-Specialty Hospital | Miraj, Maharashtra

For this neuro hospital, we used soft curves to minimize the building's imposing feel. Use of double wall facilitates passive cooling by utilizing air as an insulation layer, the space in between is also used to transfer essential service ducting.

This design element also enabled us to incorporate recessed windows with greenery, providing patients with a soothing view. We struck a balance between safety and ventilation by installing invisible grills and allowing natural ventilation in certain areas. The recessed sections feature tapered walls for aesthetic highlight across all the openings.

Additionally, the hospital includes a duplex bungalow on the top, surely which can’t be guessed from outside owing to its harmonious blend into the hospital structure.

Naman Industrial and Logistics Park () | Site Update

We're close to completing Building-1 of the three. The final touch will be the installation of a near three-floor high circular center-piece in GRC, which will be the crowning glory of the building's elevation.

It's taken us roughly six months to find a vendor who is willing and capable enough to execute this unique feature, after ironing out all the technicalities and logistics.

Once complete, this project will set a new benchmark in the industrial building fabric of Bhiwandi, Thane.

We detailed out the on the custom-made wash basin crafted from marble slabs and the intricate flutings behind it.

The brass language follows onto the tinted mirror profile unifying the overall space.

Both en-suites showcase stunning shades of brown Armani marble. The daughter's en-suite features a free-standing pedestal wash basin and an amoeba-shaped mirror for a touch of elegance.

The guest en-suite is designed in a single tone of marble, complemented by fluted and polished elements.
