As a 3D visualiser, you'll need to be both creative and technically-minded, in order to model
prospective physical objects that will both function well and look good.

The main roles and responsibilities for a 3D visualiser include the ability to understand and handle
CAD. They should also be able to use minimum sketches to model and supervise projects, and work
with other third parties collaboratively.

Depending on the company, 3D visualisers are also required to work on walk-through and rendering
on visuals projects, camera animation, lighting, texturing, unwrapping, and architectural 3D modelling.
Since there's a need for utterly photorealistic images, the top 3D visualisers must have the ability to
create immensely photorealistic animation, landscape visuals, interiors, and exteriors. They have to be
able to use various renderers too.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualise construction projects
Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clients
• Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible
Assisting with planning decisions
• Creating both static visualisations and animations/CGI (computer-generated imagery)
Working with industry-standard design tools and programmes
• Visualising building concepts in various graphic mediums
• Keeping up-to-date with relevant software advances
• Producing high-quality atmospheric visualisations for competition and client presentations
• Modelling 3D forms to a brief using appropriate software applications
• Rendering in 3D Max and post-production in Photoshop
• Supporting architectural teams to produce visualisations for presentation
• Making simple but effective presentations in-house as required

Requirements

• Proficiency in 3DMax, Photoshop and V-Ray, Sketchup, Revit
• The ability to understand and interpret architectural/Interior drawings, models and concepts
• The ability to achieve high-quality outputs in a variety of media
• Strong technical knowledge on the production of images and Illustrations
• A keen eye for detail, composition and visual narrative

We are looking for a self-motivated draftsman who can work alongside a number of specialists at our company. The draftsman will form part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, and should be comfortable working at an adjustable table as well as a computer terminal.

You will usually work at our offices, but will at times need to full-fill travel requirements and work on-site.
To be successful as a draftsman, you should stay up-to-date with new drafting software and advancements.

An exceptional draftsman will demonstrate impeccable attention to detail and have sound knowledge of the discipline they draft for.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings
Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems,
• Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
• Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained
into drawings.
• Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
• Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations
• Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline
• Degree from a technical college also acceptable.
• Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD).
• Ability to draw manually favourable, but not essential.
• Ability to work well in a team and on your own.

Located in the old British era construction of South Mumbai, we were to design this Vice Chairman’s Private Cabin located within this Multinational Corporation.

The strategic use of a slim metal book library & monochromatic color scheme making it look sheek & classy.

Our USP of infusing cultural diversity into our mandir art installations brought luxury into this space with its positioning between two large windows creating a tunnel like vastu compliant mandir.

This created an opportunity for our artisans on their workmanship.
