When a residential development is envisioned at the scale of Nishika Elysium, luxury is not simply about size, materials, or finishes. It is about understanding the person behind the space.
To bring this vision to life, Nishant Agarwal, Managing Director of Avighna India , appointed Rakeshh Jeswaani Interior Architects to design the Interiors of all the public spaces, including a 5500 sq. ft show flat, of this landmark development, giving it RJIA's halimark stamp of luxury.
It evolved through conversations, decisions, and a willingness to question what was already designed. That is where the relationship between Nishant and Rakeshh became an important part of the journey.
As Nishant shares, there were moments when the design was reconsidered entirely-not once, but several times. And rather than simply agreeing with the brief, Rakeshh approached each change with the intent of making the space better.
That trust between a client and his designer is what ultimately gives a space its character.
