Opening for an IT Infra Co. in South Mumbai -
PRE - SALES (Storage and Servers)

Qual : BE/BTech/ BSc IT pref with specialisation / additional diploma in Servers / data centre tech.

Min 7 yrs exp in a similar position.

JD : - Broad subject matter expert on data center technologies including virtualization, storage, backup and computer operations.
Individual will be responsible for the designing, costing and proposing of project solutions.
- Possess adequate techno-commercial skills in the areas of Server Storage, Virtualization, Backup etc.
- Must maintain current general understanding across multiple OEM s including HP, IBM, EMC, NetApp, VMware, Cisco, MS, etc.
- Expertise across Servers and Storage Solutions is a must.
- Capture customers business requirement, design a solution that retro-fits his / her requirement.
- Creation of solution design document, BOQ, SOW and proactive proposal responses
- Build relationships with OEM for technical support and knowledge sharing
- Create RFI and RFP response
- Help to document best practices in developing and deploying data center solutions, and improve our knowledge base.
- Work with the sales team and clients to scope projects, cost solutions and write statements of work.
- Proposing solutions that meet budget, timeline, and client specific constraints.
- Provide pre sales expertise to enable the sales cycle.
- Design and deliver solutions to customers following industry accepted best practices.

Awareness and training of the local ERP will be provided after joining.

Education : min BSc- IT or BE / Btech - IT
Experience: 5 - 7 years as a IT administrator in a manufacturing industry.

Salary: $1300 - $1500/- savings per month + Local Allowance + Accomodation + transportation
