Excited to share first glimpses of the recently completed DLF Midtown Plaza, a contemporary urban hub in the heart of West Delhi - that redefines the idea of a neighbourhood high street.

Conceived as an extension of its surrounding community, the plaza seamlessly integrates retail, F&B, leisure, and open spaces to create a vibrant, pedestrian-first environment. Defined by clean architectural lines, generous landscaping, shaded walkways, and thoughtfully curated public realms, the design encourages interaction, relaxation, and year-round community engagement.

As visitors move through the plaza, they encounter a dynamic mix of storefronts, dining terraces, and public pockets - each contributing to a vibrant, evolving urban rhythm. More than a retail destination, DLF MIDTOWN PLAZA is envisioned as a living, breathing neighbourhood centre that is anchored in community and shaped by everyday life.

Throwback to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International (NSCBI) Airport, Kolkata, an airport that is more than just a transit hub - it is the first and the last impression of the city, reflecting its identity, culture, and aspirations.

This highly acclaimed and award winning terminal building blends architectural innovation with deep cultural roots. Through a unique and thoughtful amalgamation of form, function and, heritage, the terminal is an embodiment of Bengal’s artistic legacy, offering travelers an environment that is both visually striking and intuitively functional. Designed as a seamless integration of architecture, structure, landscape, and interiors, the terminal elevates Kolkata’s status as a global gateway, redefining what a modern airport can be.

The architectural approach for the World Trade Center, New Delhi responds simultaneously to both urban scale and human experience, organising the development into a series of connected mid-rise towers. This strategy enables flexibility in floor plate sizes to accommodate diverse corporate requirements, while also optimizing daylight pe*******on into the oﬃce spaces.

The design strikes a balance between contemporary material expression and context-responsive planning. High-performance glazed facades and metal cladding contribute to a strong and cohesive skyline while the ground level planning ensures a porous, accessible and pedestrian-friendly urban plane that encourages movement, interaction, and visual continuity across the site.

The masterplan of the World Trade Center, New Delhi maximises site visibility and accessibility, with all towers benefiting from direct road frontage while landscaped courts create a transitional buﬀer that both define and soften the urban edge. The built form is articulated through curvilinear geometries and carefully aligned massing that respond to the site geometry, enabling intuitive circulation patterns, improved traﬃc flow, and a dynamic visual identity
across the development.

The recently completed World Trade Center, New Delhi is a state-of-the-art commercial and oﬃce complex slated to be the new urban hub in South Delhi, the WTC spans a 25 acre site and is amongst the world’s largest oﬃce developments, with a built-up area of over six million sq. ft. across 12 connected oﬃce towers.

A landmark addition to Delhi’s cityscape, the WTC responds to a critical gap in the city’s urban fabric, which has been long characterize by fragmented, aging oﬃce stock and the absence of contemporary Grade A oﬃce space within the city core. Countering the migration of premium oﬃce
spaces to peripheral hubs such as Gurgaon & Noida, the project recentralises commercial activity by consolidating workspace, retail, and cultural programs into a single, integrated ecosystem designed to support a workforce of over 30,000 users.

By transforming a former government housing site into a vibrant mixed-use district, it activates underutilized land and introduces a new intensity of economic and social life within the city core.

The panel explored the debate between Corporate Centralisation and Suburban Sprawl, examining how cities, infrastructure, and workplace destinations are shaping the future of business districts. Raman shared insights through the lens of our recently completed World Trade Center, New Delhi, and its role in reaffirming the value of a central business district in the capital.
