The proposed real estate development at Mansarovar Depot on the Jaipur Metro line is located within the depot premises. The development comprising retail, hospitality and commercial space in a large integrated project is planned above and around the stabling lines.

Two/ three basements with a capacity to park upto three thousand vehicles are planned for the project. The first phase of the project has been executed. This incorporates two levels of basement for over six hundred cars under eleven trains that shall be stabled at the ground level.

The development above the stabling deck is proposed as an architectonic structure comprising two two towers, one housing a budget hotel and the other commercial space that are linked by a large veirendeel girder. The veirendeel girder that is three floors deep spans across the width of the stabling shed and rests atop the hotel swimming pool at one end. It is hoped that this structure, if constructed, would provide a much needed architectural/ spatial identity to south Jaipur that is presently sorely lacking.

The mall, hotel and commercial tower all spill onto the top of the stabling deck fifteen floors beneth the veirendeel girder. This plaza hosts a bevy of recreational, social and eating options. Apart from the captive clientele that the immediate development provides, it is hoped that the fact that Mansarovar is emerging as a transport hub/ junction shall feed this recreational space. The depot stands at the junction of the commencement of the Metro line and the start of the BRT.

Development in the future is anticipated to explode along the Ajmer Road that touches one tip of this project. In times to come, this shall be as central to Jaipur as the Qutab Minar is to Greater Delhi/ National Capital Region today.

Affordable Housing Project in Sector 46, Gurgaon

A hundred and fifty apartments of three different denominations planned in a two and a half acre site that have risen oven the past year and a half in the heart of Gurgaon. The site is in proximity to Unitech Cyber Park and half-way to Sohna Road from HUDA City Center.

The project shall be completed in two phases, the first of which shall be ready by March 2015.

This house is based around two courtyards - one private and the other public. Graded volumes and terraces envelope the private court that is based around a tree with bedrooms looking onto it. In contrast, the public court abutting the living room and lounges is set under a double height pergola and exudes a grander scale.

The courtyards are further developed based on orientation parameters. The North facing court located towards the rear of the site is dressed in softer colours by way of usage of Dholpur stone. The public or the Winter court that enjoys Sun through the day is detailed in fiery red sandstone.

A 5100 square feet apartment in a premier development on Golf Course Road in Gurgaon being gradually fashioned to the client's taste.

Personalisation, in this case is readable in generous usage of wood panelling to contrast with large plain surfaces of the ceilings. The living and dining rooms overlook an expanse of the Aravalis and are flooded with light through the day. The corridor has been curtailed immediately after the kitchen to merge with one of the five bedrooms and thus a large lounge has been created. Three bedrooms flood into this common space that has a wood baton ceiling punctuated with coves for ambient lighting.

Pratham is a condominium complex located over ten acres in Sector 84, Faridabad. The project comprises 662 apartments in three different denominations all of which were marketed in the affordable segment.

The apartment blocks are planned around a central space that by sheer virtue of it's size affords extensive differentiation in usage and imagination in aspects of landscape. This is envisaged to lend a quality and vibrance to life in the project.

The project is named 'Pratham' to signify it being marketed as the buyers' first apartment thereby amplifying the target audience, the first time buyer.

The global economic model of mass production favouring economies of scale has facilitated greater dissemination of facilities once considered as luxury to be available to the middle class. Pratham epitomises this in large measure. Ample community facilities, a generous individual to open area ratio and abundant parking highlight the fact that quality of life is no longer necessarily a preserve of the wealthy.

This twelve hundred square feet office located in a building adjacent to Gurgaon's City Center is designed for an import house. The chief product that the company deals in is imitation leather that is extensively deployed in sports articles, automobiles, furniture upholstry and specialized articles.

The space is to serve as an office and a display center by virtue of the fact that the clientele, largely expatriate shall visit to confer and interact with the resident staff here.

The prime product ie. imitation leather is integrated in both subtle and deliberate ways in the interior-works. It is deployed variously in ceiling coves in a range of colors and textures and in tiled wall cladding. Simultaneously, it is presented in displays as per trade requirements.

Wood and glass are extensively used and generous glazings that overlook a terrace framed by ' green walls ' make up for low ceilings that are inherent in the building.
