Arkitus Design is seeking a motivated and responsible Project Manager to manage architectural, civil, and interior projects. The candidate will oversee project ex*****on, coordinate with teams and clients, and ensure that work is completed according to drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise ongoing site activities and project ex*****on.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
• Monitor project timelines, site progress, and quality control.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare project progress reports and coordinate meetings.
• Manage material planning and manpower at site.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or interior project ex*****on.
• Good understanding of civil structures, finishing works, and residential interiors.
• Strong drawing-reading and site coordination skills.
• Ability to handle clients, contractors, and site teams effectively.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
