A Haat at the Heart of Noida.

Designed as a craft and cultural hub, Noida Shilp Haat brings together artisans, weavers, performers and visitors within a campus shaped as much by its open spaces as by its buildings.

With shops for craftsmen, an amphitheatre for performances, an art gallery, dormitories and generous public plazas, the project was envisioned as a place where culture could be experienced, not just displayed.

With only 10% of the site built and nearly 90% kept open, the campus comes alive through courtyards, pathways, landscape and festivals.

The ABC of business in Noida.

Assotech Business Cresterra brings together corporate towers, high street retail, hospitality and public open spaces within one integrated campus.

Planned around a central courtyard, the project combines flexible workspaces with terraces, roof decks and community-oriented spaces, while an efficient structural system contributes to its LEED Gold certification for Core & Shell.

Healing, by design.

The Government Institute of Medical Sciences, Greater Noida is a 15-acre healthcare campus designed around efficiency, daylight, landscape and patient well-being.

At its core is a 500-bedded multi-speciality hospital, planned as a low-rise H-shaped development to streamline services while strengthening the connection between care spaces and nature.

With landscaped courts, daylight-filled patient rooms, generous family zones and a permeable ground level that prioritises people over vehicles, GIMS reflects a more holistic approach to healthcare architecture.

It is also one of India’s largest IGBC Platinum-rated Green Hospitals.

At one of Noida’s busiest transit nodes, parking was not simply a convenience, it was an urban necessity.

Located beside the Botanical Garden Metro Station, with converging metro lines, bus movement and a major traffic junction, the project was conceived to respond to the growing pressure on the surrounding infrastructure.

Spread across a 15-acre site, the Botanical Garden Car Parking accommodates more than 7,500 vehicles, making it Asia’s Largest Multilevel Public Parking Structure.

The interior spaces at KB West Walk extend the architectural language of the building into a more intimate, human-scaled experience, where material continuity and detailing become the primary drivers of design.

A restrained palette of natural stone, warm wood finishes, and muted tones establishes a sense of cohesion across spaces, allowing the interiors to feel calm yet refined. Surfaces are treated with subtle variations in texture, fluted panels, veined stone, and soft matte finishes, introducing depth without visual excess.

Circulation areas are designed with a clear sense of direction and repetition. The use of linear patterns, consistent material bands, and rhythmic lighting creates an intuitive flow, guiding movement while reinforcing the overall spatial identity of the project.

Across all interior zones, the focus remains on achieving a balance between efficiency and experience, where every element, from material selection to lighting placement, contributes to a cohesive and well-resolved built environment.

Envisioned as a vertically layered retail environment organized around a large, daylit central atrium, the spatial planning revolves around openness, visibility, and movement, where each level remains visually connected to the other, reinforcing a sense of continuity across the entire retail ecosystem.

The atrium acts as the primary spatial anchor, drawing natural light deep into the built volume through a glazed roof system. This not only enhances the experiential quality of the space but also reduces the dependence on artificial lighting during daytime hours. The use of soft, curvilinear floor plates and continuous balcony edges ensures unobstructed sightlines, allowing retail units across levels to remain constantly visible, an important driver for commercial engagement.

Vertical circulation is deliberately celebrated rather than concealed. Escalators and lifts are positioned as visual connectors within the atrium, encouraging intuitive movement and dispersing footfall evenly across floors. This layered circulation strategy transforms movement into an experience, rather than a mere functional necessity.

Materiality plays a key role in balancing scale and warmth. While the overall structure expresses a clean, contemporary language with glass and light-toned surfaces, elements like vertical wooden fins introduce rhythm, texture, and a sense of human scale within the expansive volume.

KB West Walk is conceived as a contemporary high-street retail environment that prioritizes urban engagement, spatial efficiency, and pedestrian experience.

Spread across 2.96 acres, the development is organized to accommodate a high density of compact retail units while maintaining clarity in movement and visual continuity. The planning emphasizes seamless internal circulation, clear sightlines, and active frontages to enhance accessibility and encourage consistent footfall across all levels. Unit configurations, primarily around 250 sq. ft., are designed to offer flexibility for a range of retail and service typologies, from boutique outlets to cafés.

KB West Walk attempts to balance commercial viability with spatial coherence, creating a retail ecosystem that is both functionally efficient and experientially engaging within the evolving context of Greater Noida.

Build Connect 2026 underscored a critical evolution in the construction discourse. Steel is increasingly being evaluated not merely as a material input, but as a determinant of design efficiency, structural performance, sustainability metrics, and long-term asset value.

Our Principal Associate Ar. Shivang Bansal represented Vastunidhi on the BigMint panel, sharing insights from our work across complex urban developments, where timelines, durability, and adaptability are never abstract ideas, but real project realities.

Grateful to the fellow panellists and the Build Connect platform for bringing research, industry, and on-ground practice into one meaningful dialogue.

RPS 12th Avenue, a commercial development shaped by clarity in planning and attention to urban context brings together retail, workspaces, and movement in a way that responds to both function and experience. Designed with a strong structural grid, pedestrian-friendly circulation, and adaptable retail frontages, it aims to create an active and efficient commercial environment.

It’s encouraging to see thoughtful commercial development conversations being highlighted.
