VATIKA, a minimalistic contemporary home, embodies the essence of a garden. Situated on a 28-cent plot, this double-storey residence seamlessly merges modern architecture with lush greenery, creating a serene garden-like ambiance. Featuring clean lines, geometric forms, and a balanced use of wood, metal, and glass, Vatika exudes sophistication. The design harmoniously blends tropical and contemporary elements.
