Ehsaas is located close to the city, yet away from its chaos. The project is designed to respond to its surroundings, creating a calm environment while remaining well connected.
The architecture follows a tropical modern approach, with a material palette of laterite and natural stone in subtle tones. These materials bring a grounded, contextual quality to the built form.The design makes maximum use of the site by opening the spaces toward their surroundings. Visual connections and openings allow the landscape to merge with the architecture.
The surrounding areas are developed with a tropical landscape theme, reinforcing the relationship between built form and nature. Together, the architecture and landscape create a balanced, climate-responsive environment rooted in its context.
