Actual M30 concrete-ന് ഒരു fixed nominal ratio പറയാൻ സാധിക്കില്ല. അത് nominal mix അല്ല, design mix ആണു.

Design mix തയ്യാറാക്കുമ്പോൾ required strength, material properties, water-cement ratio, site conditions എന്നിവ പരിഗണിച്ച് laboratory calculation വഴിയാണ് mix proportion final ചെയ്യുന്നത്.

അതിനാൽ ഇവിടെ പറഞ്ഞ ratio practical site mix അല്ല; concept എളുപ്പത്തിൽ മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി നൽകിയ ഒരു ഉദാഹരണം മാത്രമാണ്.
