At Samal Buildcon, safety is not treated as a one-time instruction. It is a mandatory daily routine.

Our Safety Toolbox Talk is conducted before work begins, so every team member understands the day’s activity, possible risks, required precautions, emergency response steps, and the correct use of PPE.

On every site, teams come from different regions and may speak different languages. That is why safety communication cannot be limited to technical words or written instructions alone. It has to be explained clearly, practically, and repeatedly.

Our supervisors and safety teams communicate through simple language, local references, demonstrations, hand signals, visual examples, and direct interaction with workers. The aim is not just to inform, but to make sure every person understands what needs to be done safely.

Because when safety is understood properly, it becomes a habit.

Started in 1995 and handed over in 1998 with complete finishing, Blue Hills for Tata Housing Development Company had a built-up area of 1,75,000 sq.ft and stood among the significant residential developments of its time in Pune.

As one of Tata Housing’s earliest developments in the city, and a prestigious landmark on Nagar Road, Yerawada, the project continues to hold an important place in our archive and legacy.
