Atrium Villa

This grand residence nests within narrow plot allowing the design to be staggered elegantly, providing ample open spaces at different floors and adds an intriguing graphical touch. It creates a central atrium alongside double-heighten courtyard space and skylight above. Recreational spaces open up to the east inviting the pleasantest light around the day. An exquisite material palette- black stone and exposed RCC provides a rich yet humble façade sitting effortlessly with wooden deck and ceiling.

“The Arbour House”

This extravagant villa is oriented to open into the landscape creating an inside out connection by the colossal verandah. Spaces designed are screen to the greens, even at levels; the first floor providing a central terrace garden. This south facing ‘home’ is a juxtaposition of porous masses adorned by long overhangs to cut the direct sun.

This peninsula housing- surrounded by three roads- sits prime with a design of four block towers each exterior facing roads and the “aangan” (central landscape) within. The 90 meter square abodes has strong visual and interactive connection. Opening into a huge foyer space- balancing the area of each residence, these units provide a socially interactive platform along with view of the beautifully designed landscape (the raised aangan). Each unit focuses on viewing the landscape within and its location on the outside surrounded by the wide roads.
