The 5BHK apartment in Mumbai embraces a refined Mid-Century aesthetic with contemporary eccentricities. The design centres on open and fluid floor plans, creating a sense of togetherness. An expansive living and dining area forms the heart of the home, with bedrooms positioned on either side to establish a cohesive and well-connected layout.

The living room features decorative wall panelling enhanced by concealed indirect lighting, while mirror-finished ceilings add depth to the space. Decorative mouldings, clean-lined wallpapers, and minimal ceiling treatments further reinforce the design language. The bedrooms continue this cohesive vocabulary, combining plush beds with understated ceiling lighting to create warm interiors.

Ms. Apoorva Hrishikesh Kulkarni, Head of Operations at VK Group, was honoured with the “Woman of Excellence Award” at the 13th National CSR & ESG Summit & Awards 2026. Inspired by the Japanese concept of ‘Kizuna’, the architectural design of Sai Nisarg blends modern living with a carefully designed open space and lifestyle amenities. It offers residents a balance of luxury, combining comfort and recreation in a high-end setting. The building facade is conceived with emphasis on vertical lines and larger openings depicting dynamism.

The landscape design is inspired by the idea of ‘Connecting people’ with three core Japanese philosophies: Wa (Harmony), Seijaku (Stillness), and Shizen (Naturalness). With an inclusive, inter-generational space, it blends open lawns, interactive play areas, and quiet pockets- all woven together by flowing paths and planting layers. More than 15 lifestyle amenities elevate the idea of luxury living while supporting today’s hybrid lifestyles.

VK:e contributed to the dialogue on low-carbon, resource-efficient and circular value chains at the CII GreenPro Summit 2026, held under the theme "Green Products Driving Decarbonisation in Value Chains”.

The inaugural session was addressed by Dr. Poorva Keskar (Poorva Keskar) , Director at VK:e, who highlighted the future of low-carbon manufacturing, credible sustainability practices, and collaborative climate action. She was part of the unveiling of the GreenPro Kolhapur Cluster Report and moderated a panel on the “Role of Women in Product Decarbonization”, featuring leading women in sustainability.

Another panel on "Enabling Green Supply Chains for Growing Business Opportunities" was moderated by Ar. Anagha Panranjape-Purohit (Anagha Paranjape-Purohit) , highlighting diverse perspectives on greening supply chains. The summit also featured a session by Kanchan Sidhaye (Kanchan Sarbhukan Sidhaye) on "Best Practices in Green Facility Services," highlighting the role of sustainable facility management in commercial spaces.

The CII GreenPro Summit 2026 recognised and felicitated the leadership of several OEMs for their outstanding commitment to sustainability. Among them, clients Biz International and Lines Designs Pvt. Ltd. in the Doors & Windows category, and Greenovoc Speciality Coatings in the Paints & Coatings category, were awarded the GreenPro plaques, reinforcing their leadership in sustainable manufacturing.

Designed as an extension of the home, Regalia Towers provides a connection with nature, supports hybrid lifestyles, and blends spaces for rest, recreation, work, and social engagement. Rooted in the concept of invisible edges, the design offers a transition between architecture and landscape, indoors and outdoors, privacy and openness.

At the podium level, a lush landscape dissolves conventional boundaries, allowing the structure to merge with nature. Glass façades extend visual connections from refined interiors to open skies and green spaces. The podium is enriched with a host of lifestyle amenities, including fitness zones, an indoor games room, a dedicated co-working space, and a swimming pool, catering to the evolving needs of modern living. Floating columns visually distinguish the residential towers and the commercial podium, lending the development a bold and distinctive identity. Complementing this, the lighting scheme highlights key landscape elements, enhancing the ambience and the overall sense of safety.

The renovated interiors of The Poona Club bring out the old-charm character through classical elegance and retro-vintage aesthetics. The bar counter serves as the focal point, featuring a fascia clad in green glazed porcelain fluted tiles and mirrors, complemented by contemporary bar stools that introduce a subtle modern contrast. A carefully curated palette of brass gold accents and warm wood finishes reinforces the classic design language.

Refurbished upholstery with accent fabrics elevates the seating, while a layered lighting scheme comprising elegant chandeliers and retro-inspired wall sconces enhances the atmosphere. Large planters and potted greenery bring freshness and warmth to the space. The design adopts a practical and cost-effective approach, revitalising the interiors without requiring extensive alterations to the existing finishes.
