The project is envisioned to redefine contemporary living through thoughtfully designed 2 BHK residences that balance sophistication with functionality. Spacious layouts, elegant interiors, and premium specifications are complemented by modern amenities and landscaped leisure spaces, including cabanas, swimming pools, BBQ decks, and terrace lounges, creating an elevated residential experience.

The architectural expression of the facade challenges the visual monotony often associated with elongated building forms, which can appear predominantly horizontal and massive. To counter this effect and accentuate verticality, distinctive vertical fins are integrated into the facade, creating rhythm and a stronger sense of proportion. Firmly grounded yet rising elegantly towards the sky, each tower culminates in a refined architectural crown, lending the development a distinctive silhouette and a visual identity.

Vyana is envisioned as a premium residential township that redefines contemporary urban living through world-class amenities and an integrated commercial avenue. The development features a distinctive retail frontage framed by individual architectural elements and complemented by a glass facade. Comprising eight 21-storey towers, the project offers thoughtfully designed 2, 3, and 4 BHK residences, meeting the evolving needs of modern lifestyles.

A defining feature of the development is the intricate jali pattern adorning the tower crowns, inspired by the continuous movement of ocean waves and flowing wind currents. Vertical fins establish rhythm and proportion across the elevations, while fluid curves soften the overall massing, creating a refined interplay of movement and contemporary expression. These distinctive crowns lend each tower an individual architectural identity while maintaining visual coherence across the development, bringing a unified urban character.

Sustainability Initiatives (SI) launched the sixth edition of SI Imprint: “EARTHFLUENCERS” at the GRIHA Regional Conclave Pune 2026. It was launched in the presence of Mr. Shravan Hardikar IAS, (MD, MHA-METRO), Prof. Sunil Bhagwat (Director, IISER Pune), Dr. Priti Dhanwat (Dean, VU), and Dr. Dinesh Zope (Professor & Core Committee Member. DYPUSOA) along with our esteemed trustees of SI- Ar. Hrishikesh Kulkarni, Ar. Anagha Paranjape-Purohit & Ar. Vijay Sane. The edition shines a spotlight on the people, organisations, ideas, and initiatives creating a sustainable future.

The publication covers three main themes:
1) Climate in Code: Focuses on technology-driven solutions, including AI, data, climate intelligence, and apps addressing environmental concerns.

And that’s a wrap on the epic Entangle Hackathon Finale!

This architectural visualisation challenge tasked creators with constructing immersive spaces utilising Unreal Engine 5 real-time rendering.

Five finalists presented their 3D environments, addressing rigorous technical enquiries from our esteemed jury: Ar. Hrishikesh Kulkarni (CEO & Managing Director, VK Group), the VK 3D team, and members from Cumilab.

Congratulations to our top three winners:

Notably, two of these winners have officially secured internships with VK Group's 3D Vastuchitra team. We also commend finalists Anirudha Gaikwad and Suraj More, who received participation certificates for their presentations.

Ar. Hrishikesh Kulkarni and Ar. Anagha Paranjape-Purohit were among the esteemed panellists at the GRIHA Regional Conclave Pune 2026, hosted by GRIHA Council, with Sustainability Initiatives as the Knowledge Partner, sharing their perspectives on ‘Pathways for a Low-Carbon Future.’ The conclave brought together diverse perspectives on environmental policies, sustainability, and the mechanisms required to translate policy intent into measurable low-carbon outcomes.

During the discussion, Ar. Hrishikesh Kulkarni highlighted how environmental legislation is increasingly moving towards a consumer-oriented approach, influencing the way developers and planners need to think about resource use and environmental responsibility.

Ar. Anagha Paranjape-Purohit emphasised the importance of establishing reliable statistical data and measurable metrics to define benchmarks for carbon reduction. She also highlighted the need to integrate these metrics into education, research, and professional practice to better equip the industry to respond to evolving sustainability requirements.

The conclave further explored themes including ‘Scaling Sustainability for Resilient Cities & Infrastructure’ and ‘Business Strategy, Climate Finance and Building Stakeholder Capacity to Derive Carbon Value,’ bringing together perspectives from across the industry to examine how policy, finance, business strategy, and stakeholder capacity can collectively accelerate the transition towards a low-carbon future.
