Built using *Laterite Stone, Lime Mortar,* and *Mangalore Tile Roofing*, the project reflects the beauty of *traditional construction* with *modern sustainability.*

The master plan is guided by *Vaastu Shastra* and enhanced through *Energy Architecture*, creating spaces that promote harmony, comfort and well-being.

With integrated water features, a planned *Goshala*, climate-responsive design and natural building materials, this is more than an eco-retreat...

When the Soul Touches the Architecture...

What is happiness?

For us, it is not the completion of a project.

It is that quiet moment when natural light enters exactly as it was envisioned... when every opening, every direction, and every sun angle perform exactly as they were designed. Light and shadow no longer illuminate the space—they become an inseparable part of the architecture.

And yet... the journey isn’t over.

The work is still in progress, and every passing day brings us closer to its final expression.

We wait with patience, knowing that architecture, like nature, unfolds in its own time.

Perhaps its final expression will be our own small step towards Moksha.

💧 🌿 More Than a Well. It's Water Security.💧 💧

Every landscape has a centre.

Ours begins with water.

This stone masonry well at Sampoorna Farm was carefully positioned after studying the site's natural contours, rainwater catchment, and with the invaluable guidance of local Konkan expertise.

🗓️ Planned: November 2025
🛠️ Completed: April 2026

Then nature gave us the answer.

Just two monsoon showers later... the well reached 100% capacity.

This isn't just a well.

It is the heart that will sustain our Nakshatra Van, Rashi Van, Navgraha Van, Mango Orchard, Coconut Grove, Cashew Plantation, and the entire ecosystem that will flourish around it.

We don't design landscapes.
We design living ecosystems.

Sampoorna Farm is a celebration of India's timeless building wisdom, where natural materials, local craftsmanship, and thoughtful architecture come together to create spaces that breathe, endure, and belong to their landscape.

From laterite stone and traditional lime mortar enriched with jaggery and bael fruit pulp to terracotta roofing and an open courtyard, every element has been chosen with purpose. This is our belief that true sustainability lies in learning from nature and respecting the wisdom of the past.
