A small kitchen planned well with correct counter depths, maximised storage, built in equipments like the oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and an under counter water filter. A neat drawer for baking gloves to be stored. Cleverly planned storage for the perfect access for the single chef while he/ she serves up across the counter while being a part of the living room. Cooking is a pleasure-some activity when its central, celebrated and well supported by everything else around. 💪🏻

A balcony which is designed to integrate well with the living. The space feels continuous and the materials are kept consistent. The third frame capture is an unedited picture on the phone showing the cosy living- dining- terrace space.

The third bedroom in this house was modified for being multifunctional. It was visually connected with a small window which helped the breeze flow through this tekdi facing apartment. The room accommodates a double bed, a spare wardrobe, an ironing table, extra space for a study, a full height mirror. The attached bathroom was detached with more multifunctional uses added around it.

Builders deliver new apartments while giving their list of fixtures, fittings and tiles for toilets. For our clients, M+P Architects Collaborative worked with builders to accommodate specific requirements like including a bathtub, converting an attached bathroom to a guest toilet, longer counters, counter-sunk basins etc.
