This is my first project we had a lot of challenges building this project
All the flats here have no common wall all 3 side open well ventilated , spacious all the balconies have planter boxes casted in situ on site , peripheral beams were designed in such a way that they give an illusion of 2 different wings coloured in grey and white
The terracotta brick texture was achieved with the use of Asian paint texture walls
The project was for a charitable trust
