Some projects stay with you because of the people behind them.
When this township in Baloda Bazaar was envisioned, the intention was clear to create a development that felt organized, welcoming, and timeless.
Our role was to shape the architectural identity of the township through the residential typologies, facade design, clubhouse, temple, and project visualizations.
Designed across 25x50, 30x50, and 35x50 plot configurations, the homes follow a common architectural language. Soft curves and clean lines were introduced to create a cohesive streetscape while allowing each home to retain its individuality.
What I particularly appreciate about this project is the client’s commitment to maintaining a unified character throughout the development. In a time when every house often looks completely different from the next, there is something special about creating a neighborhood that feels connected.
Over the coming posts, I’ll be sharing the homes, clubhouse, temple, and the design process behind this project.
