Redefining modern living in Lalpur, Panchratna Amouna Heritage is a purely residential nine-storey tower designed to balance comfort, privacy, and contemporary elegance. The floor plan is efficiently organized around a central core, offering just two independent three and four bedroom flats per floor to maximize spatial functionality and exclusivity.

The facade establishes a distinctive architectural identity through its sculptural composition. Crisp, undulating white balconies create a dynamic rhythm and organic flow, beautifully contrasting with the warm, wood-textured finishes. Located at the bustling Firayalal Chowk, Prarthana Rajgariah Icon is a dynamic five-storey commercial development designed for maximum urban visibility. The ground and first floors are anchored by a major commercial showroom, engaging the street level, while the upper three levels are intelligently dedicated to premium retail and office spaces to optimize the footprint.

The facade is defined by a striking contrast of materials. Corten steel ACP panels bring a bold, industrial texture to the exterior, set against sleek modern glazing. A standout architectural feature is the curved vertical glass housing the circulation core. This thoughtful element floods the main staircase with natural daylight while establishing a strong, luminous visual anchor for the building's elevation.

Navigating the complexities of an irregular quadrilateral site, DP Chambers emerges as a dynamic commercial landmark in the heart of Kokar, Ranchi. This five-storey development transforms a geometric constraint into a highly visible, asymmetric urban asset.

The spatial zoning is strictly tailored to the operational needs of its anchor tenants. The ground plane is dedicated entirely to a Renault showroom, utilizing expansive, floor-to-ceiling glazing to create a high-transparency podium. The upper floors transition into a structured corporate hub, currently housing the offices of Airtel and Prabhat Khabar. The architectural envelope smoothly negotiates the asymmetrical plot with clean lines and optimized fenestrations. This ensures deep natural light pe*******on into the office floor plates while elegantly masking the complex core geometry.

Designed to maximize its urban footprint, the architecture establishes a distinct vertical zoning that balances commercial activity with private living. The lower three floors serve as a high-visibility retail podium, anchored entirely by the V2 clothing store. Here, the design prioritizes transparency and street-level engagement, capturing the high energy and footfall of the location to create a dynamic commercial presence. Elevated above the urban noise, the top two floors are reserved for residential use. This architectural transition ensures that these private spaces maintain a sense of seclusion and comfort, offering a quiet sanctuary directly above a thriving retail hub.

Morabadi Vending Zone-II

Introducing the Morabadi Vending Zone-II in Ranchi, a civic intervention designed to redefine the public realm by prioritizing the people who activate it. For years, local fruit and vegetable sellers, tea stall owners, and street food vendors set up shop wherever space allowed, often leading to unsafe road congestion and urban encroachment. This project formalizes the informal by providing these micro-entrepreneurs with a dedicated, organized environment that retains the vibrant charm and authentic energy of a traditional Indian street market. Rather than imposing a rigid built form, the architecture steps back to focus on the quality of space. A rhythmic, modular framework provides crucial shelter from the harsh sun and heavy rain, transforming a place of transient survival into a secure, permanent civic hub. The layout carefully weaves around existing mature trees to generate naturally shaded micro-climates. Ultimately, the design brings a profound sense of structure and dignity to the vendors' daily lives.

Panchratna Gyanodaya

Introducing Gyanodaya by Panchratna Constructions, a five-storey commercial flagship on Kanke Road, Ranchi. Designed as a standalone destination for a leading jewelry brand, the architecture turns a narrow frontage into a vertical statement of luxury.

The Jewel Box: The upper levels are wrapped in a white, perforated geometric jaali that acts as a decorative second skin. Featuring a fluid, curvilinear bottom edge, this screen is back-lit to create a glowing "lantern" effect at dusk, mirroring the intricacy of the craftsmanship.
