IIM Rohtak was privileged to host Vijay Shankar, Vice President at Ogilvy, for an engaging session on “The Content-to-Commerce Loop: Executing Strategy on Social Surfaces.” The session offered valuable insights into how brands translate consumer understanding into effective marketing strategies in today’s digital-first landscape.
Beginning with the question, “Do you know how to make Maggi?”, Mr. Shankar introduced the “Maggi System” to illustrate how consumer journeys help uncover insights that shape marketing strategies. He also shared examples from leading brands and discussed the growing role of AI in marketing.
