We BioFila Architects have Designed a modern Luxury Home for Mr. Sarfaraj Khan native Resident of Saharanpur city. He had Desired to Reconstruct a Modern Residence upon his Old land for Him and his Younger brother by Acquiring almost the same area to each brother.

The area Of land is 150 Sq Mt. with a 35 feet long facade facing East Direction that is a plus point for Biofila while working on face development.

BioFila Designed Basement, Ground and first floor of 2BHK+ Drawing room and Internal Staircase of which ground and First floor are for Residence and basement floor for Storage Purpose. Parking space for a car and two bikes in Setback and small Gardening Space of 2 sq mt. in Semi covered area.
