The farmhouse at Vikarabad (Kowkuntla) is shaped by a simple idea — design should respond to the land, not disturb it.
Our team at Built by CK, Hyderabad, began by observing the site’s natural systems: sun path, wind flow, water movement, and the placement of mature trees. These elements guided orientation, zoning, circulation, and every climate-responsive edge.
Spaces were aligned to support comfort and microclimate.
The neem tree set the main axis.
The existing water body shaped cooler transitions.
Screen walls and breathable edges helped the home adapt to heat, airflow, and privacy needs.
The final form rests lightly within its landscape —
every tree preserved, every natural pattern respected.
