Job Description:
Avinya Architects is looking for a passionate and creative Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on a variety of architectural projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural designs and concepts
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations
- Conduct site visits and assist in project coordination
- Manage documentation and support the architectural process

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in architectural design and drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
