The renovation architecture project at residential locality of Tuticorin involved updating an existing residential building to improve its functionality and aesthetics. The existing external staircase to the terrace was removed and a new internal staircase was added, connecting the living area to the newly created extension space on the first floor level.
The extension space includes a home office, a bedroom, and a family room with access to a beautiful terrace garden created above the pre-existing car porch. The terrace garden offers a new outdoor living space for the residents to spend time with their family.
The renovation has transformed the building, offering improved accessibility, comfort, and style. The new internal staircase and terrace garden enhance the overall livability of the home and add to its value.
