At Sparrow Projects, we increasingly promote uPVC and aluminium windows over traditional wooden windows, particularly in our recent projects, because they offer a better combination of durability, performance, aesthetics and low maintenance.

Unlike timber, uPVC and aluminium are resistant to moisture, termites and rot, making them especially suitable for Kerala’s humid and monsoon-heavy climate. They also provide better sealing against rain, dust and noise, while modern profiles and glazing options improve energy efficiency and indoor comfort.

uPVC windows, such as the ones installed at one of our recent projects in Kottayam, also provide a clean, contemporary appearance with minimal maintenance. Aluminium, on the other hand, offers slim profiles, high strength and large glazing possibilities, making it an excellent choice for modern architectural designs.

Floor tiling work progressing at one of our sites in Trivandrum, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and proper installation techniques.

The tiles are being laid using tile adhesive and precision spacers/levelling clips to achieve consistent joints, better alignment and a neat, uniform finish.

As part of our standard practice, we follow proper surface preparation, correct adhesive mixing, application with a notched trowel, consistent spacing, regular level checks and adequate curing. Because, we at Sparrow believe that a great floor is not just about the tile you choose — it’s about how precisely it is installed.
