We private practitioners put tremendous effort into every minute detail of our projects. In the public sector, however, the so-called system leaves no scope for such attention to detail because it makes fundamental blunders right at the planning stage.

Earlier there was no stair curve in our schematic plan, but after the plinth grade slab casting, the client suddenly demanded an increased floor-to-floor height for the ground floor. By that time, the lift walls had already been cast, so we increased the slab height and added six more risers. The biggest challenge was the limited space available for the lowest landing. To achieve a more open and comfortable landing, we introduced a curve in the staircase design.

And now, here it is.

For the first time, we are keeping an existing tree alive as a part of our interior design. Aajkal nature aur environment ke prati prem badhta hi ja raha hai. Life ke experiences ke saath iski value aur gehraai se samajh mein aati hai. Is office steel structure project ke site par ek tree pehle se hi corner par tha, aur humne use kaatne ke bajay preserve karne ka decision liya.

Yeh faisla dil se aaya tha—nature ko respect karne aur usse pyaar karne ki ek chhoti si koshish. Hum chahte hain ki development aur nature saath-saath chal sakein. We are very excited to showcase this completed project as a symbol of our promise to nature, our honesty, and our commitment towards a greener future.

Parametric ceiling is almost ready onnsite..thoughtfully detailed and executed completely as per site conditions using traditional software, practical understanding, and design vision. Finished with soft beige leatherette, customised baffles, indirect lighting, and integrated air-conditioning, the space is finally taking its true form.

Design views of a recently planned drawing room by Lotus Associatez. The layout offers comfortable seating for around ten people, supported by large windows on both sides for ample natural light. Warm lighting enhances the space for energetic meetings while maintaining a welcoming ambience. The TV wall is framed with functional bookshelves, and sufficient covered storage keeps the space organized. Selected artifacts create engaging visual interest without overwhelming the room. A multifunctional centre table adds flexibility, and the entire design is coordinated with the grey marble flooring, frames, and wall cladding for a cohesive look.
