Dear All,
I would like to inform you that We (Myself and My Friend) have purchased 5Nos Backhoe Loaders between 2022-2024 from Mahindra and Mahindra Model Name is Earth master -IV Type Engine and Observed worst Quality for same:
1-Tyres quality observed worst, within 1Years Rear and Front tyres had to replaced new, its cost more than Rs 1Lakh for 1 machine, not considered under warranty
2- Rim quality observed worst, within 1Years Rear and Front rim need to be replaced new, it is wearing huge cost, observed huge cracks observed, its cost more than Rs 1Lakh, not considered under warranty
3-Batteries got Damaged within 1.6Years, its cost more than Rs 10000/-, not considered under warranty
4-Self Starter and had to repaired n number of times that’s why Battery got damaged, its cost more than Rs 5000/- Appx, not considered under warranty
5-Hydraulic and Pneumatic hoses damage N number of times covered under warranty
6-Huge leakages observed from Differential and Axles, Seals& bearings replaced many times, And Every time Oil Required topped up, its cost more than Rs 2000/- Appx, not considered under warranty
7-Engine Common Rail had to replaced one time as observed by Mahindra’s Dealer Service Engineer, it had to Replaced new and Its Cost Appx Rs 20000/- including all.
8-Engine Got seized after replacement of Engine Common Rail of Engine by Mahindra’s Dealer Service Engineer, It had to Replace new /or Overhaul
Cost of Overhauling is Appx Rs 300000/- including all quoted by Mahindra’s Dealer, as Piston Cranks, Turbocharger and all other Engine parts Got damaged) .
Cost of New Engine is Appx Rs 600000/- Quoted by them.
This is the result while We did all services on time and their behavior also immediately changed after sold machine ,Service Team behavior is very poor specially from Perfect
I will not recommend to anyone to Buy Equipment from Mahindra
