This mixed-use development is envisioned as a contemporary urban landmark, seamlessly blending commerce and luxury living. The ground and first floors are dedicated to vibrant commercial spaces, creating an active public interface. Rising above, two elegant residential towers offer an exclusive living experience, with only two residences per floor, each thoughtfully designed with a private pool and expansive outdoor spaces. A landscaped podium level acts as a transition between the public and private realms, featuring a swimming pool, deck, and leisure amenities that foster community and recreation. Imagined to be the largest educational facility for the city of Vadodara and brought to reality by practical design and thoughtful planning. The design speaks of neat lines and volumes to support all the functional needs that supports catering to 2000 students.

A 25’ tall installation of Sardar Patel brings the grandeur to the complex. Worked around providing maximum natural light and smooth ventilation, the architecture reflects optimal usage of the space.

The lower levels accommodate vibrant commercial spaces, activating the street edge, while slender high-rise residential towers rise above, offering expansive views.
