In 2019, HS Structures Private Limited constructed prefabricated cottages in Uttrakhand, showcased here with recent 2025 images. Our prefabricated structures comprise patented high-strength steel structure insulated panels, assembled using nuts and bolts, thus minimizing power requirements. This innovative design eliminates the need for retaining walls, resulting in significant time and cost savings while preserving the natural topography. These structures can be installed in challenging locations and weather conditions. The cage-like structure provides resistance to natural impacts such as earthquakes and snow. After 12 years for upgrading our prefab cottages we are now coming up with Modular prefab cottages which can be installed by 3 to 4 persons and no crane/hydra required.
