Architecture gives us shelter, but the landscape gives us connection.

Step inside and walk the pathways that connect the built environment with the wild. We designed this space to offer moments of stillness and movement throughout the day. From the shifting dappled light under the canopies to the tactile experience of the productive herb spirals and edible gardens, the landscape invites you to slow down.

Following the flow of water. 🌧️

When we started work on this site, the land was heavily damaged and deeply compacted from intense construction activity. Before we could focus on the aesthetics, we had to heal the ground.

A successful landscape doesn't fight the natural elements; it restores and harnesses them. For this project, our primary engineering challenge was rehabilitating the terrain so it could absorb heavy monsoons while banking enough moisture to outlast dry, harsh summers. Through careful earthwork, we carved out bioswales and a central pond that act as the lungs of the site—breathing in the rains and slowly releasing moisture back into the water table.

Watch how our integrated water management system functions not just as utility, but as a beautiful, defining feature of the terrain.

Reimagining the role of the residential landscape.

Welcome to KOSH. When designing this project in the farmlands of Parra, we wanted to step away from the conventional manicured lawn and instead create a living, breathing ecology.

Watch how the site comes alive. We prioritised nature-based solutions, using layered, symbiotic planting techniques. Instead of just planting for aesthetics, we chose species that actively support each other. They build soil structure, support local wildlife, and adapt to the changing seasons with minimal intervention.

Watch the complete transformation of this site. From a barren plot of land to a living, breathing system, this project was all about creating effortless movement and thoughtful pause points.

Every zone is choreographed to enrich the sensory experience—whether it’s the gradual immersion of the entry road, the locally-sourced laterite pool bar, or a simple vertical garden made from repurposed hollow cement blocks that cleverly filters views.
