We want to send our deepest condolances to the wife, kids, family and friends of Virgil Soci.
We would like to write a few words about Virgil as we were fortunate to have Virgil Soci coming to work with us as his presence deeply impacted everyone around him. When he first arrived it didn‘t take long for anyone to notice that Virgil was as skilled carpenter as anyone we had ever seen and had the highest level of professionalism that he could possibly have. Any company in the world would have been very fortunate to have him within their ranks.
However, we believe we were even more fortunate to have him because of the person and character he had, as his character affected us and our culture.
It describes Virgil very well that at the last construction site he worked (The hospital) he took the role of handing his co-workers coffee out of the window from the lunch break containers. He did this everyday at 12 o‘clock during a short coffee break session, where his co-workers stood outside the window with a smile on their face getting coffee delivered from a man they highly respected as a leader and as a friend.
Virgil cared of more than doing great work as he also cared of empowering those around him. Virgil was the one who was willing to put effort into teaching the younger generation of workers with a mix of teaching, giving good words and encouragement. He was a very special person to so many people.
More important than anything, Virgil also had the reputation of being a great father, husband and friend. We want to send our deepest and most sincere condolances to his wife, kids, family and friends. We pray that god gives you the strength to get through these difficult times.
He will be deerly missed by us and will always be remembered within our hearts.
