A Firenze, è rimasto l'ultimo.

Bollino Cassa Edile Awards 2026, categorie Fair Play e Dream Team.

Cassa Edile Awards 2026, Fair Play and Dream Team categories.
The recognition comes from Italy's construction-sector funds, on the nomination of Cassa Edile Firenze, and goes to companies that apply national collective agreements and follow the rules of the trade.
We are proud of it. It recognises careful, responsible work we do every day, the kind that is rarely visible from outside: fair contracts, skilled teams, sites followed closely.
We share it with the people who work with us, because this recognition is theirs too.
You'll find the award on the About page of our website: https://travellisrl.com/chi-siamo

Five things to look at during a viewing, that no one will tell you.
The corners between floor and skirting, where the laying shows. The doors: if one finger closes them, the frame is plumb. The sills, which tell you how water was handled. The consumer unit, which says how much thought went into the services. And the silence, at six in the evening, with the windows shut.

A village is measured in minutes on foot.
In Impruneta the basilica, the arcades and the market all sit within five minutes, and the countryside begins right after. The residences are inside that fabric, not parked at its edge. A few units remain.

Cambia solo chi ci abita.

Arredo simulato. Gli immobili sono consegnati non arredati.

The same room, three ways of living in it.
First frame: as delivered. Then three furnishing hypotheses, three ways of occupying the same space. The room is real, the proportions are the real ones. Only the inhabitant changes.
Furnishings are simulated. Properties are delivered unfurnished.

D'estate qualsiasi muro sembra caldo.

A house shows itself in October, not in July.
In summer any wall looks warm. Now is when you find out whether the orientation was right, whether afternoon light still reaches the room, whether the heating leads or chases. The houses we choose to develop, we look at in this season.
