A sustainable multifunctional building in the heart of the district.
After the great work for EPFL-BI, EPFL-ME and BUREAUX DU MONT, Bluesteel srl is proud to have activated a new professional collaboration with the Swiss group Karl .
The "Paquebot" project will host a school group, a nursery school, a toy library, a community center and gyms.
The new , that combines a high-level architectural concept with an energy-efficient , is made of concrete / composite steel and the exterior has a back-ventilated wood cladding.

Un edificio multifunzionale sostenibile nel cuore del distretto.
Dopo i progetti EPFL-BI, EPFL-ME and BUREAUX DU MONT, è orgogliosa di aver attivato una nuova collaborazione professionale con il Gruppo svizzero .
Il progetto "Paquebot" ospiterà un gruppo scolastico, un asilo nido, una ludoteca, un centro comunitario e palestre.
Il nuovo edificio che unisce un concetto architettonico di alto livello ad un design ad alta efficienza energetica, è realizzato in cemento / acciaio composito e l'esterno presenta un rivestimento in legno retro-ventilato.
