COSTRUZIONI ICEF was born in Genoa, Italy, in 1960. The key aspects of the company are the continuous research of the top quality in his works and the capacity of solving any technical issue, always aware of new technologies. ICEF mission is to reach the client satisfaction by coordinating the ancient building tradition with new construction technologies. To reach this goal ICEF leverages on his top and site management, made of engineers and architects with experience in many projects in Italy and abroad, but ICEF leverages also on his skilled trades. All the workers are trained inside the company, the HR tournover is very low.
UNDERGROUND WORKS
ICEF started realizing underground works in the Italian Market in 60's:
- Sewer
- Aqueducts
- Pipelines
- Power lines
The experience in the sewer lines grows up fast and creates a specialized know-how. ICEF starts operating also emergency works.
CIVIL CONSTRUCTIONS
ICEF Civil Constructions are characterized by their law interferences with the environment and their top quality, reached by reducing at the minimum level mistakes, because ICEF believes that mistakes are a triple cause of value destruction:
1. Delays
2. Higher Costs
3. Less Safety
To reach this goal ICEF produce a detailed program for every work and than make a continuous follow-up of the activities versus the program.

BUILDING RESTORATION
ICEF started restoring buildings in 1960 and developed a very deep know-how in this field.
Churchs, Villas and many historical buildings has been restored by ICEF.
The restoring activity is very critical because there are many risks of making damages on the existing building during works. ICEF trained skilled trades for this activities.
