Facing the south facade, the architect chose to have minimal fenestration on the car parking facing facade, blocking extensive heat. Maximum windows on the east giving a delicate light during the morning.

The composition of the architecture is highlighted by the staircase tower emphasizing and giving accent to the corner lot site.

The footprint of the site is around 160sqm but it looks bigger when proper design is adopted.

Actual Photos - the architectural interiors offers a connection from the facade materiality to the inside. Dominated by light gray with wooden touch for some warmth.

The kitchen design depicts the transition of the white ceiling and grey floors met in between with black highlights.

The roofdeck offers a stunning view of the mountains which gives more color to these monotonic pallete.
