Peter Pichler joined YACademy’s "Architecture for Hospitality" programme as a guest lecturer at Cesare Roversi Arredamenti’s headquarters in Moglia.

Through examples from the studio’s work, Peter shared PPA’s approach to hospitality design, exploring how architecture can create distinctive guest experiences and strengthen connections between people and place.

We warmly thank and Arredamenti for the invitation, their generous hospitality and the opportunity to exchange ideas with the programme’s participants.

Peter Pichler Architecture's Museum Depot in Alto Adige / South Tyrol was approved by Provincia Autonoma di Bolzano - Land Südtirol earlier this year. The project is aimed to centralize and safeguard the region’s cultural assets in a new architectural depot, while redefining how such collections can be experienced.

Conceived as a unified Cultural Heritage Depot, the project brings together over one million objects — from artworks and archaeological finds to photographic and film archives — previously dispersed across multiple storage facilities. Beyond optimized preservation standards, the building is designed as an integrated regional hub for research, conservation, and public access, housing offices, laboratories, workshops, storage spaces, and exhibition galleries under one roof.

Upon completion, the Museum Depot will not only ensure proper conservation conditions but also strengthen the role of these collections as accessible and valued cultural assets for the region.

C***o d’Aola – intermediate station

The intermediate station at C***o d’Aola is conceived as a light, open structure resting on the slope.

The continuous timber roof, a strong element defining the architectural identity, provides shelter while simultaneously allowing the landscape, movement, and infrastructure to remain visually connected to the mountain.
