The Library Manhattan

Ingredients:
• 2 oz rye whiskey
• 1 oz sweet vermouth
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash orange bitters
• Garnish: dehydrated orange wheel (as shown)

Instructions:
Stir all ingredients with ice until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel and set it where it belongs—on top of a well-loved book.
