On March 25th, the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church will celebrate the dedication of the new three-manual Ruffatti pipe organ: the first italian organ built in Michigan.

Jonathan Bading, music director, will give the dedication recital at 5:30 pm, followed by the 7pm Mass with the “Aquinas College Chorus”, featuring the Haydn’s Kleine Orgelmesse.

The organ is dedicated to the memory of Peter F. Secchia, US ambassador to Italy.

Mercoledì 25 marzo alle 22:30 (orario italiano) si terrà l’inaugurazione del nuovo organo Ruffatti a tre manuali presso la chiesa Sacred Heart of Jesus di Grand Rapids (MI).

Il maestro di ca****la, Jonathan Bading, suonerà musiche di DeGrigny, Frescobaldi, Bach, Tournemire, Alain. A seguire una messa, animata dal coro “Aquinas College chorus” con la Kleine Orgelmesse di Haydn.

L’organo verrà dedicato alla memoria di Peter F.Secchia, ambasciatore degli Stati Uniti in Italia.

The new 3-manual Ruffatti pipe organ for the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

After two years of hard work, the instrument has finally been completed and is currently undergoing the tonal finishing that will give the organ its renowned Ruffatti voice.

The dedication recital will be on Match 25th at 5:30 pm, followed by a 7pm celebration with the participation of the choir.

Il nuovo organo Ruffatti a tre manuali per la chiesa cattolica Sacred Heart of Jesus, a Grand Rapids, in Michigan.

Dopo due anni di intenso lavoro lo strumento è stato terminato. Sono ora in corso i lavori di intonazione finale che doneranno allo strumento l'inconfondibile voce degli organi Ruffatti.

Il concerto inaugurale è fissato per il 25 marzo alle 17:30, seguito alle 19 da una celebrazione che vedrà la partecipazione del coro.

La Fratelli Ruffatti, fabbrica d’organi a canne, è alla ricerca di un/una falegname della zona di Padova e dintorni che sia interessato/a a lavorare ai molti progetti di alto profilo in corso di realizzazione.
E’ richiesto un buon grado di autonomia nella lavorazione del legno, una buona propensione al lavoro di gruppo e alla possibilità di recarsi in trasferta, in Italia e all’estero.
