🤝 UCR at ReBuild Ukraine Forum

The UCR – Ukrainian Reconstruction Consortium, led by President Taras Ogiychuk, took part in the ReBuild Ukraine Forum, which was one of the key international events dedicated to Ukraine’s recovery.

During the forum, UCR joined the signing of a new cooperation agreement aimed at strengthening water systems (AQUA System), supporting the reconstruction of essential networks, and expanding support to strengthen partnerships with European and U.S. institutions. This agreement opens the way for new pilot projects, technical missions, and long-term cooperation.

🌍 International Meetings

UCR held a series of productive discussions with European and American delegations, donor agencies, infrastructure and energy companies, and the Ukrainian Water Association. These engagements confirmed UCR’s role as a practical partner connecting global expertise with the real needs of Ukrainian regions.

🚀 What’s Next

UCR is preparing technical missions, developing new reconstruction initiatives, and strengthening coordination with international partners to accelerate recovery efforts across the country.

🇩🇪 Germany strengthening the bridge

Today, a new shipment of Italian food products arrived in Ukraine — a tangible result of the growing economic bridge led by UCR (Ukrainian Consortium for Reconstruction) and its European partners.

This initiative became possible thanks to the European-Ukrainian Bridge (EUB) and its First Chairman André Pilling, whose work continues to deepen EU–Ukraine cooperation and expand reliable trade corridors across Europe.
A special acknowledgment goes to EuFoPa – European Food Partners GmbH (Hamburg) for supporting sustainable, transparent and high-quality supply chains from EU producers to Ukrainian retailers.

Under the leadership of Marco Toson, Vice President of UCR, and in partnership with the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UCCI), this shipment reflects UCR’s mission:

🇺🇦 UCR strengthens cooperation with Odesa Region 🇮🇹

This week, UCR (Ukrainian Consortium for Reconstruction), led by President Marco Toson, visited Odesa for a series of high-level meetings with the regional government, the Regional Development Agency of Odessa Region(Агенція регіонального розвитку Одеської області ), and numerous mayors from across Odesa Oblast.

💧 The visit focused on two main priorities — Water Deputation and Develop Activity — key areas for improving local infrastructure, strengthening regional partnerships, and expanding cooperation between Odesa Region and Italy.

🤝 With strong institutional support and several UCR projects already implemented in Ukrainian hromadas, this visit reaffirmed our shared mission: to transform reconstruction into sustainable regional development and real impact on people’s lives.

🌍 Institutional Visit to Ternopil: Collaboration Between Italy and Ukraine for Reconstruction 🇮🇹🇺🇦

During an institutional visit to Ternopil, Mr. Marco Toson, Representative of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce in Italy (UCCI), met with the Ternopil Chamber of Commerce to advance cooperation in support of Italian and Ukrainian enterprises.

🏭➡️🇪🇺 The visit included a tour of a Ukrainian company that relocated its production from the Kharkiv region to Ternopil due to the war. The facility transforms plastic waste into polyethylene granules, later used in the production of goods essential for reconstruction. With the prospective collaboration of Italian enterprises, the plant is preparing to expand into European markets, strengthening its role as a bridge between Ukraine’s industrial growth and international partnerships.

📌 This initiative was organized by Mr. Taras Ogiychuk, President of the Ukrainian Consortium for Reconstruction (UCR), with the support of the Ternopil Chamber of Commerce and the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, led by its President Mr. Gennadiy Chyzhykov. An agreement was reached, marking a concrete first step toward strong collaboration between Italy and Ukraine.

📢 Strategic Cooperation for Ukraine’s Maritime Recovery

The Ukrainian Consortium of Reconstruction (UCR) and the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA) have formally signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at strengthening collaboration in the field of port infrastructure development.

Through this agreement, the parties will focus on:

⚓ Modernization of port facilities and infrastructure;

🌍 Facilitation of international investment and technology transfer;

🚢 Expansion of logistics routes to enhance Ukraine’s trade and recovery efforts.

This partnership represents a significant milestone in rebuilding Ukraine’s maritime sector and ensuring its long-term competitiveness within the global logistics network. ✅ Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 | Rome

Ukrainian Consortium of Reconstruction LLC (a Ukrainian-Italian company) and TK MEGAWATT LLC (a Ukrainian company) have signed Memorandums of Understanding with three territorial communities from the Mykolaiv region — Koblevo, Novyi Buh, and Voznesensk.

🤝 The agreements include:
– modernization of boiler houses
– creation of public access points to clean drinking water
– preparation of projects for international programs
– attracting investments into regional infrastructure

The signing took place during the first day of the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 in Rome.

This is a strategic step toward the recovery and sustainable development of communities in the Mykolaiv region.
