Final touches are being made to the renovation of a farmhouse into a luxury agritourism property. The renovation involved the complete overhaul of all electrical, plumbing and heating systems, a change to the layout, and new flooring and wall coverings; the bathrooms have been completely refurbished.
In addition, we complemented the renovation with our interior design services, which guided the selection of lighting and furnishings, and designed and crafted bespoke furniture. A lovely touch: the old, small and cramped bathrooms have been transformed into two rooms, each featuring a bath with views of the surrounding countryside.
The farmhouse’s communal areas have been converted into the reception and bar of the new agritourism property.

the work continues, after having made the new plasterboard walls and waterproofed them, we move on to the flooring and covering…..follow us for the updates and final steps.

Finally the water is coming….The project concerned the construction of a swimming pool on a reinforced concrete patio, PVC coating and stoneware in the external parts. Internal lighting and filtration system.

Infinity pool nearing completion. The pool was built on site in reinforced concrete with an adjoining solarium. It will finally be lined internally with a PVC pool liner.
