THE SAN MARINO PROJECT
How do you connect two office floors without dividing the room?
By engineering a staircase that holds heavy structural loads while remaining visually invisible.

VERTICAL FLOW
Looking down: Instead of solid walls blocking the corridor, natural light flows uninterrupted from upper offices straight into the ground level.
MATERIAL HARMONY
The contrast: Cold, highly transparent glass steps cantilevered directly alongside warm acoustic timber paneling—mounted with zero visible hardware.
ENGINEERING TRANSPARENCY
The result: A corporate workspace where vertical mobility becomes an architectural centerpiece rather than just a way up.
THE SAN MARINO PROJECT
In modern office architecture, the goal is often simple yet challenging: create connection without creating clutter.
For our San Marino corporate reference, we turned a standard office stairwell into a transparent, light-flooded design statement:
• Floating Glass Treads: Laminated structural glass steps engineered to cantilever seamlessly from the wall.
• Integrated LED Illumination: Under-tread lighting synchronized with ceiling lines to guide movement through the space.
• Acoustic Timber Integration: Balancing frameless glass transparency with natural wood textures.
Pushing structural glass engineering into modern workspace design.
