In this video, another automated production line featuring:

โ–ถ๏ธ Automatic conveyors and buffer system
โ–ถ๏ธ Two TF600KA 6-sided drilling machines
โ–ถ๏ธ Panel cleaning station
โ–ถ๏ธ Automatic vertical sorters

After edgebanding, panels are automatically transported through a buffer system, scanned and processed by the drilling machines. They are then cleaned and transferred to the vertical sorters for automatic storage or retrieval according to production needs.

Our through-feed CNC machine works simultaneously on both long sides of the door, bringing together machining operations for hinges, locks, keyholes and handles.

Unveiled a few weeks ago at the Masterwood Dealer Meeting 2026, ๐—ง๐—™๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฌ and ๐“๐…๐Ÿ”๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ๐Š๐ƒ are the two new drilling machines in the Masterwood range.

๐Ÿ”น ๐—ง๐—™๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฌ: 5-sided drilling and a footprint of just 9.2 mยฒ, designed for workshops with limited production space.

๐Ÿ”น ๐“๐…๐Ÿ”๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ๐Š๐ƒ: 6-sided drilling, upper and lower electrospindles, and automatic dowel insertion to reduce manual operations.

Our goal was to create an event that went beyond simply presenting new products.
