Bread and Marble

A table.
A landscape.
A place to gather.

Carved from Carrara marble, Bread and Marble reinterprets the familiar gesture of gathering around a table as a shared spatial experience. More than a piece of furniture, it becomes an inhabitable topography where architecture and landscape merge into a continuous form.

Where furniture becomes landscape.
Where landscape becomes architecture.

Studio Fuksas participates in Bread & Heart Festival 2026 in Tirana.

As part of the exhibition Landscapes of Abundance, the studio will present Bread and Marble, an installation derived from the architectural language developed for the METT Ksamil proposal.

Conceived as a collective landscape carved from Carrara marble, the installation explores the relationship between architecture, landscape and shared space.

We look forward to meeting colleagues and friends from across the international architecture and design community in Tirana.

Words remain.

No hate.
No waste.
The world will save love.

Between material, space and message, architecture becomes more than form — it becomes a human presence.

FUKSAS — Rhike Park, Tbilisi

The Tbilisi Auditorium, designed by Massimiliano and Doriana Fuksas in 2010, was conceived as part of a broader vision for a modern and internationally connected city.

Over the years, the building has become a recognizable element of Tbilisi’s contemporary identity and cultural landscape, widely published by the international press.

Cities evolve. Architecture evolves with them.

We understand the vision behind the city’s new development strategy and, at the same time, believe that the iconic Rike Park building can be reimagined through a new program capable of reconnecting the structure with public life and the future development of Tbilisi — preserving the value of the existing investment while integrating a renewed urban vision.

Studio Fuksas expresses its full openness to contribute to this process, placing its experience at the service of the city, its community and its future.
