Verona's Valerio Catullo Airport ushers in a new era with the completion of the Romeo Project, an investment worth over €90 million that saw us involved in the expansion and renovation works.

The project increased the departures area by 46%, bringing it to 36,000 square meters with 19 boarding gates and a renovated shopping arcade, preparing the airport for the record flow of the 2026 Milan-Cortina Olympics.

Thanks to our many years of experience in the sector, the project combines efficiency and sustainability: the use of recycled materials and photovoltaic modules guarantees annual savings of 1.2 million kWh, confirming the infrastructure as an innovation model for the entire Veneto region.

In just two months, we have completed the whole renovation of a three-story property on Via Torino, in the heart of Milan. The project included complete demolition, renovation of the systems (thermal, electrical, and hydraulic), and the installation of new finishes, plasterboard, and flooring. Despite the logistical complexity of the historic center, we have ensured the highest safety standards thanks to the use of fireproof plaster, transforming the large surface area of the premises in record time through meticulous and excellent planning.
