Dall'esperienza della Edil Marmi, fondata nel 1976 a Settimo San Pietro da Atzeri Benvenuto e diventata in seguito 4A Graniti per l'entrata in azienda dei suoi due figli maggiori, nasce nel settembre del 2011 l'impresa A.B. I due fratelli e soci, Antonio e Barbara, hanno voluto proseguire il mestiere del padre e dei loro fratelli, il cui lavoro si è sempre distinto per passione
, serietà e dedizione. Costruzioni si articola in due differenti attività:
1) la costruzioni di immobili residenziali e commerciali;
2) la lavorazioni di marmi, graniti e pietre naturali e artificiali. Per quanto concerne l'attività di edilizia, vengono messi in vendita immobili su carta oppure già progettati e realizzati con finiture eccellenti, materiali pregiati e ottima coibentazione. Si eseguono anche progettazioni e costruzioni su commissione. Il laboratorio di marmi e graniti, invece, vanta macchinari di ultima generazione che permettono di migliorare la qualità della lavorazione e di ridurre notevolmente i tempi di consegna dei prodotti finiti. Nell'ampio piazzale adiacente, è esposta, visibile ai clienti, una vastissima gamma di materiali nazionali ed esteri di prima scelta, di qualsiasi spessore e genere. L'azienda è specializzata nella lavorazione di graniti, marmi, travertini, pietre naturali e sintetiche (Okite, Technistone e Handstone) utilizzati per la realizzazione di lastre e top per bagni, cucine, caminetti, pavimenti, scale, bordi piscine, colonne in marmo o granito, complementi d'arredo, oggestica, arte funeraria. L'attività della marmeria prevede anche la vendita diretta di lastre di marmi e graniti ad altri marmisti. Il laboratorio si trova in località "Is Argiddas", Zona Industriale di Settimo San Pietro, in via Giovanni Agnelli n. 2 (fronte campo sportivo), raggiungibile percorrendo la Strada Provinciale 76. The two brothers and partners, Antonio and Barbara, wanted to continue their father and brothers' trade, whose work has always stood for passion, commitment and dedication. Construction' s work is divided into two different activities:
1) the construction of residential and commercial properties;
2) the processing of marble, granite and natural and artificial stones. With regard to the activities of construction, they sell properties before building them or already designed and manufactured with high finishes, quality materials and excellent insulation. They also perform engineering and construction commission. The laboratory of marbles and granites, however, boasts the latest machinery to enhance the quality of work and reduce time to delivery of finished products. In the large square adjacent, is exposed and visible to customers, a wide range of top-notch italian and foreign materials, of any thickness and gender. The company is specialized in the manufacturing of granite, marble, travertine, natural and synthetic stones (Okite, Technistone and Handstone) used for the production of bathroom tops, kitchens, fireplaces, floors, stairs, swimming pool surrounds, granite columns, furniture, objects, funerary art. The activity of the company also deals with the direct sell of slabs of marble and granite to other marble workers. The laboratory is located in "Is Argiddas" locality, in the Industrial Zone of Settimo San Pietro, via Giovanni Agnelli n. 2 (opposite the sports field), reachable via the Provincial Road 76.
