Bringing Darren over to lead our local CISRS courses is a massive step forward for construction standards in Jersey.

Instead of sending workers off-island for formal qualifications, we’re delivering internationally recognised training right here at our home base. It was incredible to see the initial nerves turn into pure determination as the team worked through the practical and theoretical modules.

A great operation starts behind the scenes, and our yard is the engine room of everything we do on site. To keep our gear in top condition and our operations running seamlessly, we’re making some serious upgrades:

✅ A brand-new, extended roof structure built to the latest safety standards

✅ A new dedicated shed for streamlined equipment storage and maintenance

✅ A fresh kitchen block so the team has a proper, comfortable spot to recharge

Even during big improvements, Andy and the team haven't missed a beat—keeping trucks loaded, gear organized, and site deliveries moving on schedule.

Huge thanks to Andy and the yard crew for keeping the wheels turning while we build a bigger, better home base! 🙌
