** PUMP ENGINEER REQURIED **

We are a family run, very busy local business, looking for a committed person to join our pump engineering team.
Full time, permanent position, competitive salary with company pension scheme (after trial period).

Applicant will be experienced in some of the following area:

Service / Maintenance / Installation of private and commercial pumping stations, treatment plants and associated equipment as well as workshop based repair works. You will also be expected to join our out of hours emergency cover rota.

Skills Required:

Electrical Installation Qualified
Ideally Heavy Goods Driving License
Physically fit / Able to work outdoors in all weather
Have a Technical Aptitude
Ability to follow plans / written method statements
Willingness to undertake further training

Core skills required:

Ability to speak and understand English

(FULL TIME – 42.5 HOURS PER WEEK)

The ideal candidate will be experienced in some of the following areas :
Laying and replacing under and above-ground foul and surface water drainage.
Excavate and dig trenches along areas marked on plans.
Back fill of trenches to specification.
Installation of manhole chambers and foul/surface water disposal systems.
CORE SKILLS REQUIRED
--------------------------
Driving License (preferably medium or heavy goods).
Ability to speak, write and understand English.
Physically Fit and Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (protective clothing supplied).
Ability to follow plans / written method statements.
Willingness to undertake additional training.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team or an individual.

PUMP INSTALLATION ENGINEER / IMPROVER - (FULL TIME – 42.5 HOURS PER WEEK)

We are a family run, very busy, local business, looking for a committed person to join our team.
In return we are offering a full time, permanent position to the right applicant, with a competitive salary.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in some of the following areas :
Service/maintenance and installation in many sectors of the industry, domestic and commercial, such as underground pump stations and effluent treatment plants. Workshop based repair of pumps and pumping equipment.
The successful applicant will also be expected to join our out of hours on-call rota providing emergency cover after a period of assessment and training.

CORE SKILLS REQUIRED
--------------------------
Electrical Installation Qualified (or a willingness to undertake training to become qualified)
General knowledge of pump and associated pumping equipment.
Driving License (preferably medium or heavy goods).
Ability to speak, write and understand English.
Physically Fit and Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (protective clothing supplied).
Have a Technical Aptitude.
Willingness to undertake additional training when necessary.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team or an individual.

Drainage Cleaning and Clearing.
CCTV Survey & Investigation Works.
High Pressure Water Jetting.
Gutter Clearing & Cleaning.
This position will at times involve working at height and in all weather conditions. The successful applicant will also be expected to join our out of hours on-call rota providing emergency cover after a period of assessment and training.
