A granite fireplace recently transformed with new lime pointing and an inset stove from VLJ. A very happy customer and cat!

Granite for sale

Approximately 160 old reclaimed quoins - mainly Mont Mado pink and orange - the majority being 700x300/350mm high.

A selection of old boundary posts, one set of coach stoppers.

Also 42 lintels ranging from 1200mm long to 2500mm in a range of colors although the larger ones are all Mont Mado pink.

1 set of old decorative sill and lintel.

1 set of gate posts

And approx 110 ton of reclaimed granite, mainly Mont Mado.

Selling due to having to find new premises to accommodate the space needed to store.

Ideally I would like to sell it as a job lot as ideal for a large project/development

This is a case of how the removal of cement mortar jointing to a property can cure water damage to the internal side of the old walls. The owners of the property were collecting four to five litres of water a day! After we had removed the joints, replaced them with a lime mortar mix, the building was allowed to breathe, the problem was solved and the paint no longer peels from the internal walls.
