Apprentice Painter & Decorator / Specialist Wallcovering Installer

Looking to start a hands-on career? We’re looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join our team and learn the trade, with a focus on paperhanging and specialist wallcovering installation.

No experience is necessary. If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we will provide full training and back you all the way.

What you’ll get:

* Full training from experienced decorators
* Learn preparation, painting and professional finishing
* Specialist training in paperhanging and high-end wallcoverings
* Real career progression opportunities

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Punctual, reliable, clean and hardworking
* Keen to learn
* Good basic maths
* Has a good eye for detail
* Takes pride in their work
* Driving license (company van provided)

This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in a skilled trade.

Hugely proud of the team for this one! What a difference! 🥳

Three areas fully redecorated, including new joinery that was sprayed and then hand-finished traditionally to keep sympathetic to the Victorian architecture of the house.

Plenty of surprises (as usual in these old buildings!) but an extremely rewarding job nonetheless. Swipe to the end to see a few before and after comparisons. Glad to see the back of that yellow vinyl silk! 🤣

Colours used: Farrow & Ball ‘Elephant’s Breath’ and ‘Skimming Stone’.
