Thinking about giving your bathroom an upgrade!, heres one I did earlier in the year. Make your bathroom change over a breeze with full project management from BK. Works included was complete rip out and disposal, Wedi boarded, collection of new tiles, coordination of my plumber and tiler and I installed sink cabinet, railing and mirror and shower screen.

This renovation of this loft conversion and the communal stairs in a house in town took around 4 weeks to complete. The rooms and stairs and were stripped back, re-insulated, boarded and plastered. I built wood paneling for the hallway and ripped out the old wardrobes to make way for new bespoke cabinetry, which made better use of the space. It was all finished off with new paint and wooden floors.

Flat renovation in a 2 bed Victorian apartment – lead time 5 weeks. We completely gutted the flat removing all carpets and repairing all the walls ready for painting. The house sadly had no original features left, so we worked closely with the client to carefully work these back in the design by creating panelling in the lounge and on the bedroom walls. We installed reproduction ceiling roses and laid new flooring through out. All electrics were updated and replaced. In addition all the original sash windows were carefully re-sanded and restored.

The client has a Victorian home with lots of alcoves and niches, she showed me Pinterest's of some of the ideas and proportions that she liked. From here I measured out and created this timeless shelving and storage units which were very in keeping with the age of the home. To finish the unit and to give it that high-end more modern feel, I had professionally sprayed white.
